Our mid-week volunteering team tackle a wide range of tasks in Merkinch local nature reserve.
Wood Recycling
As part of our services we endeavour to reduce, reuse and recycle wood that would otherwise go to landfill.
Gardenworks and Maintenance
Aside from our volunteering projects we also provide hedge cutting, tree felling, strimming and clearing. We are also experts at building and repairing fences, boardwalks and paths.
Tackling Invasive Species
We have years of experience dealing with the challenges of Invasive Species removal across the Highlands.
Tree Planting and Corporate Days
A real favourite for our teams and a great introduction to Conservation Volunteering, we strive to tailor our days to your company's needs.

Qualifications
- Lantra-Chainsaw Maintenance, Cross-cutting, Felling and Processing Trees up to 380mm , Brushcutter/Trimmers, Level 2 Award in the Safe Application of Pesticide using Hand Held Equipment {close to water courses}.
- First Aid at Work, Outdoor Emergency First Aid.
- Risk Assessment, Safeguarding and Data Protection.
Rob Thomas
Founder of Land and Deliver.
Has worked in the outdoors for over 25 years in the Construction Industry, Outdoor Education, Social Care, Conservation and even as a Winchman on an East Coast trawler.
Rob is passionate about the volunteering experience, with an indepth knowledge and experience of behavioural and mental health challenges that allows for an inclusive, supportive and safe volunteering day.
